First Night
Something is haunting the sleep of the children of Stormwind that knew a girl named Mary Jane. It started shortly after she dissapeared.
A cold wind whispers that it was once like the children are now (alive) and wants them to be like it is. It feels like a curse hangs over Stormwind. "As I am now, so you must be. Prepare my friends to follow me."
Second Night
Mary Jane was buried alive by her father for being a witch. She broke out from her shallow grave and is presumably alive. Mary Janes mother is leaving her husband.
Olivia Jayne is actively trying not to sleep. She has had very little sleep for a week, and her health is suffering because of it. Other children are assumed to be similarly affected.
During the week
Nouala is having mages summon Orange flowers from Darnassus and making them into salads (which acts as stimulants keeping you awake) to distribute to the affected children.
Dunnar is rounding up people to distribute the salads.
Xarina is using a drop of blood from the empty coffin to scry for Mary Jane.
Third Night
Mary Jane was found near the graveyard (after briefly distravring the searchers with a wind-up bunny repaired with chicken bones) behind a cloud of swamp gas, dancing around an altar.
The altar is carved with strange eye-wayering runes and decorated with toys and bits of clothing from Mary Janes friends and lots of ritually dribbly candles.
Whatever the altar is, it wants to be liked. It wants you to dedicate your every thought to it. It doesn't want to be alone.
As soon as the candles were extinguished the curse lifted and Mary Jane fell over - fast asleep.
What is going on "off camera": Nouala, Xarina and Dunnar are watching the sleeping Mary-Jane in the hospital.
George: You'll be staring at my bedroom ceiling from now til Christmas, you lucky tart! Blackadder: Do you mind if I just change one thing, Your Highness? The words!
